In the event that an order placed on the web does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a New Jersey address, UltraRev.com will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed. There will be no notification made regarding the adjustment of the total amount of the order reflecting sales tax. All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications, are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. UltraRev.com reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s). UltraRev.com will not ship any orders via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Service to a normal street address. All credit card orders can only be shipped to a VERIFIED billing address. Credit card orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All other orders (checks, money orders, & gift certificates) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days. As a security precaution, all IP addresses will be recorded for each completed web transaction. A 25% RESTOCKING FEE will be assessed on all returned Item(s), refused shipments, and canceled orders that have been shipped. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any order will be charged to the customer.

In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties which causes problems with our product pricing, shipping calculations, or sales tax computations, UltraRev.com will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with the order with corrected totals or to cancel the order. UltraRev.com will not be held responsible for any miscalculated totals due to server errors. All web coupons must be used at the time of purchase we cannot add them after an order has been submitted. All cancelled orders will be charged 5% when refunded.

All engine modification components, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. These components are legal in New Jersey for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Further, all engine parts, headlight units and electrical components are sold AS IS without any warranty and may not be returned. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these and other import items.

Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within seven calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. UltraRev.com must receive all core returns within 30 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a full credit refund. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write the number clearly on the outside of your returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name and R.A. number. UltraRev.com must receive the return within 10 calendar days after the R.A. number has been issued. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. A refund, exchange, or core return will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to UltraRev.com Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All special orders (personalized/specially fitted) items must be paid in full at the time of order. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, UltraRev.com will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items. Any refused shipments sent back to UltraRev.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customerÕs responsibility to make all arrangements with UltraRev.com for refused shipments. In the event that legal proceedings are required to resolve disputes or indifferences, all claims and filings must be made in the State of New Jersey and no other court shall have jurisdiction over said dispute.

 

Due to the unusual stress placed on high performance parts, and because of the circumstances under which they are often used, high performance parts are sold without warranty, AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and all warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, or of fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise are expressly disclaimed and denied.

We ship to all locations in the world. At present, we can ship to P.O. boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) boxes. Please contact us for international rates. When we ship:

Orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day they are ordered. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped the following day, although every effort will be made to ship orders the same day they are placed. Out of stock items are shipped out ones in stock. Tracking numbers are e-mailed by request only.

I placed an order and it says "Order Processed" what does this mean?

This means your order has been successfully placed, and is ready for shipping.

I did not receive a tracking number does this mean my order has not yet been shipped?

We e-mail FedEx tracking numbers for orders that are in stock at our facility if for any reason your item is shipping from a different location or is special order you may need to request a tracking number please e-mail  sales@ultrarev.com with your order id number and we will reply with a tracking number if one is available.

If I place an order how do I know if it has been shipped out, I did not get a confirmation e-mail?

We make every effort to ship all orders placed same day, if a certain part is not available for shipping same day from our facility we will ship it directly from the manufacturer if for any reason there is a long backorder on your order placed we will contact you immediately.

How long does it usually take to recieve an order after I placed it selecting (Fedex GROUND)?

Please allow up to eight business days for delivery after an order has been placed.

If has been over eight business days and my order is still not here?

Please contact us immediately 1-877-858-7272 or sales@ultrarev.com with your order number. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

I placed an order and selected a fast shipping method, should I expect my order to ship same day?

Every effort will be made to ship your order same day, we do recommend contacting us to check stock before placing expedited orders.

I placed an order and selected an expedited shipping method, will I be refunded if my order does not come in on time?

Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs UltraRev.com to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship.

I selected check/money order as payment method what do I need to do?

You need to mail a check or money order to the following address: UltraRev.com 120 Central Ave, Farmingdale NJ 0772. Please make sure to include your order id number with the payment. Please allow up to eight business days for your order to be shipped after we recieve your payment.

I need to cancel my order, what should I do?
